No Garages Here

Last weekend we signed up for a local ‘Garage Sale’ and stood in a park selling some of our belongings to raise money for CUSO. The day started out with a clear blue sky but soon clouds came over and a cold wind kept us jumping up and down for most of the day. Christina’s baking was a big hit. Several people purchased snacks and walked away eating only to return later and buy more of them. We were downtown and some people chose to donate to CUSO without buying anything, which was very generous. We were quite pleased to sell off a BUNCH of things from the apartment that we won’t be needing. Christina’s counter now reads *two weeks* until we fly out!
