Arequipa the white city

A couple of glimpses of the white city of Arequipa where I spent my weekend with a group of youth volunteers that help out in the Youth Employment Centre. Arequipa is the White city because many buildings feature a white volcanic ash stone from the area. There is, of course, a famous volcano “Misti” that is right next to the city.
