Alpaca Complaints

While we were on one of our long bus trips at our highest point in the mountains (4800m), the bus suddenly stopped next to an alpaca herder with several of his woolly animals and all three of the bus company’s employees jumped out to do something.  Hoping it was interesting, I grabbed my camera and got this vaguely disturbing video of an alpaca being dragged  across the road by his ears and then lifted into the bus.

If you are sensitive to the outraged cries of a sizeable animal being dragged by his ears, turn down the volume!
