Volcanic Ash

Here are a few glimpses of the volcanic ash we ran from in Bariloche, Argentina. It was a cute town with apparently a lot of fun outdoor activities set in a landscape of trees and lakes, but Wednesday evening after our arrival Calbuco erupted. We spent a day or so taking in the local don’t-breathe-the-air culture feeling a bit lost, and decided it was time for us to head north. Guess we’ll have to go back and explore the hills and lakes another time…
